At home, I've always been called Rubén. I was born and raised in O Grove in 1983, but I've been living in A Coruña for many years now.
As a kid, I loved drawing and reading Asterix and Obelix.
I got into type design in 2005, trying to replicate a typeface used in the packaging of a well-known yogurt brand. I created my first fonts using Corel Draw, and some of them can be found on Dafont.
